Let’s start with when I open an account with these guys more than two years ago. I played that account a few times within those first two years all of a sudden one day it wouldn’t open when I was starting to play more. I contacted their support team. They couldn’t help me sometimes they wouldn’t even get in the chat. One of them told me to make another account and they would close that one that wouldn’t open so I did message them once I did and they told me just to play that one so I did I said will you please delete the other one so if I happen to win, you guys won’t deny my winnings because I have two accounts open? They said don’t worry We’ll take care of it. I took screenshots the next day the account that I just opened that they told me to use wouldn’t open. It kept giving me an error message. I asked them about this and they said to play my other one with the other username and I said you guys close that one they said no we didn’t. You’re supposed to use that one and I said, but it doesn’t open they go try again so I did which was weird and it opened The one that I was supposed to play that I just made didn’t open so I said OK. this is weird. What happens if I win and I don’t get to cash out because of this they said that won’t happen you let us know. This is our mistake. We will fix it and we will also see that you just opened and you hit us up and asked us to help you make it so you doing the right thing and only have one account. It takes some time for them to delete it but it’s disabled and obviously you can’t get into it so if you win, that will be your money. Everything was fine or one day I got a cool $800 spin on $.80 bet I played it down to like 600 bucks and I said I’m gonna cash this out well guess what? They threw the terms of conditions at me per terms and conditions. We see that you had more than one account that’s not with the terms of conditions, therefore we don’t have to pay you and I was like what the hell this is a mistake so I explained what I just explained to you guys taking their sweet time to get back to me and they didn’t even acknowledge what I explained. They just said per terms and conditions we blah blah blah. I said quit telling you that I understand, but that’s not the case with this so I sent them screenshots of our chats my emails everything they wouldn’t budge or for the hell that a year later I got on there again today and they told me to play that account and I said if I when he doesn’t screw me over again, they wouldn’t answer and then I said in fact, you owe me 600 bucks and then they said the same thing per terms and conditions blah blah blah so these guys are a rip off. I don’t even know why I was gonna consider playing with them again. By the way these reviews say that I’m using bad language when I use the word they were there I don’t know that’s weird? Don’t play with these guys. They are ridiculous. They’re cheaters and they will rip you off. However, when I paid my free $50 chip, I was able to get through the play through and I actually cashed out the $50 maximum amount you can win with the free money they gave me which doesn’t happen often but when I hit that 600 they did everything other their power to screw me over.
